Due to an overwhelming use of potable water, Texas Water Systems is implementing a Mandatory watering schedule for all customers in the Mount Sylvan area beginning immediately.   If the last number of your physical address ends in a 0,2,4,6 or 8, you can only water Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:00pm to 2:00am.  No watering on Sundays, at any time.  If the last number of your address end in a 1,3,5,7 or 9, you can only water on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from the hours of 10:00pm to 2:00am.  This schedule includes customers on the following streets: Westbrook, CR 419, Ridge Point Circle, CR 434, CR 42, Hwy 110, Dove Ridge, FM 849, CR 4155, CR 4202 (Tyler), CR 4201, CR 437, CR 438, FM 724, CR 4165, Estelle Dr, CR 49, CR 420
